How can an epilepsy alert dog provide support?<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Every person experiences epilepsy differently \u2013 that\u2019s why your assistance dog is trained together with you, precisely to your needs<\/strong>. A well-trained assistance dog can recognise an impending seizure<\/strong>. It alerts you through a previously learned behaviour<\/strong>, such as nudging with its nose. This gives you the opportunity to take appropriate measures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your dog can learn to stay close during a seizure<\/strong>. With its assistance dog vest, it signals to others that there is a medical issue<\/strong>. This helps, for example, bystanders to assess the situation correctly and respond appropriately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
