We are delighted to announce an important step for the future of assistance dog training: SNIF Dogs Switzerland and Dog helps man will go the same way in the future.
Both organisations pursue the common goal of providing the best possible support for people with assistance dogs and High-quality, reward-based assistance dog training to further develop in Switzerland.
Through this partnership, we are pooling our experience, expertise, and resources. Regular professional exchange benefits both organisations, allowing them to jointly develop training content. This creates synergies that ultimately benefit assistance dog teams.
Another big advantage is the stronger regional networking. While SNIF Dogs Switzerland mainly in the Region of Bern works Dog helps man especially in the Eastern Switzerland active. Together, we can support assistance dog teams in a significantly larger catchment area and continue to expand our services nationwide.
We will also work closely together in the field of training in the future. Together we will develop Training documents, Training plans in simple language as well as supplementary photos and videos. The exchange of experiences and expertise enables us to Training standards to continuously optimise and provide our teams with modern, practical learning materials.

With the adoption of Motion 25.4057 (Broulis), the foundation was laid for a future legislative regulation of assistance dog training laid out. As the specific implementation has not yet been finalised, we are closely monitoring developments. As soon as the legal requirements are known, we will make every effort to adapt our training structures accordingly and meet the new specifications. In doing so, we will prioritise Quality, transparency, and the well-being of humans and dogs Always at the centre.
